Below are all the details on how we sell/restock & how you'll be able to purchase the products you want. What are stockings? We post all updates/announcements at our Facebook page, & this includes stocking announcements. Stockings are when we make a batch of products to restock our website. We post a photo album with all the previews of the prints & also the details of stocking (prices of each item, stocking date, time, etc.). How can I purchase items through stockings? All diapers & mamapads included in the stocking are on-hand. Once all items are uploaded to the website, you can already browse & bookmark the pages of the items you plan to purchase. On the stocking date & time, all items will be enabled at the website. You will be able to see options & "Add To Bag" button. Once you click this button, the item is instantly added to your Shopping Bag. You can view all items in your bag through www.pooppeetrap.com/shopping-bag Once you're ready, open your bag & proceed with checkout. You are required to provide your details, especially your shipping address/area & email address. The system will automatically calculate your shipping cost, based on address you provided. Once you've successfully completed your order, you will automatically receive your invoice through email. The email invoice also contains your shipping details, payment option you selected, order details & payment instructions. For all on hand items ordered from our website, payment should be settled within three (3) business days after order is placed. What is Special Orders Slot-Taking? It's an event for accepting special orders. This include pre-orders, custom orders & SYOF (Send-Your-Own-Fabric). We offer limited slots to available prints or cloth diaper line (e.g. Lampwet, CV diapers). How can I pre-order items? Before the event, we post an updated list of prints we have on-hand, price points & slots available. On the slot-taking event, we upload all items & available options at our website through our Pre-Order page. Follow the usual method of ordering by adding items to your Shopping Bag. *We usually hold a slot-taking event after a stocking. Once all slots are taken, the event is officially closed. What's is SYOF? Send-Your-Own-Fabric order is when the customer provides the outer fabric for the diaper shell. Price starts at Php 900 for HYBRID; and Php 1,300 for HUSH. Fabric can also be made in other matching wearable items like dress or shirt. Minimum cut is 22inx22in for diapers. Excess/unused fabric will be delivered back, together with the completed order. What are the different options available? For Lampwet, you'll be able to select the size & color of the cotton velour lining. For our hybrid fitteds, options available for the diaper shell are: Hybrid (turned/serged/comfort serged) (Size 1/2) & Hush (serged/comfort serged) (Size 2). If we have more fabric available, we also allow ordering of matching items such as dress, headtie, bowtie etc. *Please note that options are only available for pre-orders. What are the different sizes available? Please see diagram below. How do I know if I got the items in my Shopping Bag? An automatic email invoice is generated & sent to your inbox. If by chance, somebody else took the slot/item already, it will automatically be removed from your Shopping Bag, even before you place the order. At times, you may not receive an invoice because the item/s you selected is/are no longer available. How to use store coupons? Upon opening your bag, enter the coupon code to apply discount. How can I send payment proof for my order? For payments sent through Paypal, we're notified by Paypal as soon as you transfer funds. For payments sent through bank transfer/deposit, send us a scanned copy/screenshot of your payment through the following: - PM us at our Facebook page (mention your Order #) - Reply to your invoice We will send you an alert as soon as payment is confirmed. When will I receive my order? We ship out orders as soon as payment is confirmed. But since we run a WAHM-based business, there are instances that we have postpone courier pick-ups (because of family emergencies, family affairs etc.) but rest assure that we ship out your order the next business day. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an automatic email & SMS with the waybill so you can track your order.
