Care Instructions for your PooppeeTrap Products
Pre-Wash Instructions
All PooppeeTrap products have been washed prior to sewing, but it is still recommended to pre-wash your diapers & mamapads before using, to remove any dirt or fibers accumulated while sewing. Wash all PooppeeTrap products using mild detergent & warm water. Soaking is unnecessary. Avoid using bleach and fabric softener.
Washing Routine for Cloth Diapers
1) Remove solids - Knock off all solids to the toilet.
2) Pre-wash soiled diapers - Using warm clean water & little detergent, pre-wash diapers that have been pooped on to avoid accumulation of germs & stains.
3) Pre-rinse - Using warm clean water, pre-rinse all used diapers that were not pooped on. It is recommended to pre-rinse diapers at the end of each day to avoid ammonia accumulation & ammonia burns.
4) Remove stains - For soakers & shells with CV, wash with little detergent & leave under sunlight until stain in removed. Use baby-friendly stain removers carefully to avoid bleach stains on the CVs.
5) Regular wash - On laundry day, wash all diapers like all cloth diapers (no bleach, no fabric softeners)
6) Rinse thoroughly - Rinse until water is shows no more suds.
TIP: Use baking soda or vinegar for safe & effective way to sanitize your soakers & boosters.

*After using the pad, simply fold & keep in a clean waterproof pouch.
1) Pre-rinse all used Pupipads with warm clean water.
2) On laundry day, wash all diapers like all cloth diapers (no bleach, no fabric softeners)
Drying Instructions
Best to line dry all your PooppeeTrap diapers & mamapads to avoid straining the elastics & stressing the outer fabric of the shells. Tumble low or spin dry for faster drying time.
How To Avoid Fabric Fading & Pilling
1) Avoid drying your diapers under direct sunlight.
2) Do not use undiluted bleach.
3) Use laundry net when washing using a machine.

For any fabric bleeding issues, soak your material in very cold water with dissolved rock salt or vinegar. Do this for at least 30 minutes. Then follow regular wash routine.
